    i would love to order the acaiberry and colon cleanse but i do not have a major credit card and none of the websites will let me use a debit card. what do i have to do to purchase the products without a major credit card?

    I DO NOT appreciate that you have charged my account for for your product when I haven’t even had a chance to use half of it yet. SO FAR I haven’t seen the results you talked about on your web site so was going to call and cancel when I got an alert that you have already charged my account. PLEASE reverse this charge NOW as I don’t want any more of your product.

    I have a charge for this for 79.95 on my card that I have been trying to cancel for days and no one answers the phone. I want this reverse immediately who do I contact??

    I ORDERED THE FREE SAMPLE AND THEY TOOK THE $5.95 OUT OF MY CREDIT BUT I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL A WHILE AGO AND IT SAID I SHOULD HAVE IT BY THE 4TH, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHY

    I TRIED THE PRODUCT FOR A WEEK AND FEEL BLOATED. I DIDN’T NOTICE ANYTHING.I PAID A LOT FOR THE BOTTLE TOO. WHY DO I FEEL LIKE THIS? I’AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. $90.00 WASTED!!

    i ordered a free sample… order # 343368 on 12/10/08 at 2:05 p.m. I was told i would receive the order by 12/17/08 however i have not yet received it.

    Can you check to see if there was a delay or a delivery?

    I can not contact anyone at AcaiBerry to cancel.
    My initial “Trial” offer came in November. In very small p[rint it suggest to call to cancel.
    This connects to a phone no one answers. Since then I have wasted several hours on the phone and computer trying to cancel. $270.00 dollars later of automatic withdrawls from my CC I am at my end.
    I have 3 monthes of product to return unopened for credit for this productI do not care to have.
    Please sent my return authorizations for all three
    monthes for proper credit to be applied back to my account. Bill # 3920498, 364644, 3520520.

    I tried ordering this, and a message came up stating that I have ordered this before or a like product from you, this is not true, please e-mail on the time and date that my card number was used, if my wife Rochelle Shook ordered it I have no problem with her using the card, but please give me the time and date of order, if the order took place on todays date 1/15/09 please continue to process order, it was probably just a glich in the system, but if ordered before, please contact me with the name of the person using my card number Thank you very much

    Good morning,

    I ordered a free trial of Acaiberry Life cleans, which I have received. I have two items on my charge card, the 3.95 which I expected and $87.13 which I was quite surprised to see.

    I would like to be refunded the $87.13, since this was just a free trial. I have no idea why I was charged this price about two weeks after my order.

    I had recently order a free trial bottle. After i ordered, it said i would be billed on my mac card for 87.00 and some change, if this true, i am going to send this back. As much as i want to loose weight, i cannot afford this. My husband is getting laid off this month and the money won’t be there to pay for this. Please let me know what i have to do to send this back and not get charged for this.

    Scam! I ordered the trial, and on the last page the is a note saying that you have to call and cancel within a certain amount of days or you will be charged the full amount - $88.64. Be careful when you order to be sure and cancel after you get your trial, and I don’t know how these other people lost weight - but it doesn’t work!
